Honestly, I don't give myself time to read, but currently, I've been reading The Little Mermaid, Jr Director's book. One of the ways I give back to my community is to volunteer at our local children's theatre. We produce a play every year with children from grades 1 - 8. The director gets to select which production is put on and this year it's my turn.

Art of Animation - We have been to that resort many times with the grandkids and friends, but I truly love the vibrant colors, multiple movie theming and the Skyliner being there.

Experiencing Disney through the eyes of a child is a truly magical adventure filled with wonder and excitement. Each trip to the parks is an opportunity to create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. One particular moment that shines brightly in the treasure trove of cherished memories is when we took our oldest grandson to the Festival of the Lion King show. Watching him being selected to represent the lion section was a highlight that still warms our hearts to this day. At just 5 years old, his innocence and enthusiasm illuminated the entire theater. When the time came for him to let out a roar like a lion, we couldn't contain our laughter as a tiny, adorable kitten-like sound echoed through the air. The sheer joy and delight on his face as he participated in the show made the moment even more special. It's moments like these that remind us of the pure magic of Disney and the joy that comes from witnessing a child's unfiltered happiness. The way Disney creates these enchanting experiences for guests of all ages is truly remarkable, and it's these memories that we hold dear and revisit time and time again.
✦ Dream Person To Travel With:
Grandma Flowers. My ideal travel companion would be my Grandma Flowers. She worked tirelessly until she was 82, embodying dedication, independence, and a vibrant social spirit. Though she has since passed, having the chance to take her anywhere she wanted to go would have been a dream come true.

“Dee Vandine planned our trip to Disney World in November. We stayed in a Cars Suite at Art of Animation and visited 3 parks. I was very nervous about this trip because I had never been to Disney and knew nothing about how the parks were set up. I didn't even know how to get from our room to the parks! Dee made me feel SO much better about our upcoming trip. She came to my son's soccer practice to teach me how to use the Disney app! She spent many conversations explaining how the parks work, how to get from place to place and giving me pointers. She even booked our dining reservations to make sure we got what we wanted! Before Dee, I was actually not excited about the trip because I felt so out of my element. She made this a wonderful experience and made me so excited to get to Disney. When we were sitting at Cinderella's Royal Table and my daughters were meeting their favorite princesses, Dee was the first person I thought of to share pictures with. I wanted her to experience our joy and happiness that she made possible!“
